Access Bars ® ​is a touch therapy directed at 32 points on  your head.  When I hold these points gently, it affects your brain waves as studied by a Neuro-scientist.  This can release years of limiting beliefs, thoughts, emotions and cellular trauma.  ​

​Access BARS® Class & Certification 

Thousands of people have used Access Bars to change many aspects of their body and their life, including sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more. At worst you will feel like you have just had a phenomenal massage. At best your whole life can change into something greater with total ease.

Taking the Access Bars class gives you the opportunity to learn to give and receive a BARS session.  You will learn the knowledge and practice twice to give and receive the BARS.  With a manual in hand, you will learn the 32 points, what they mean, practice them, and experience the amazing receiving and releasing that the BARS is. 

​You leave with a Access BARS PRACTITIONER CERTIFICATION.  This allows you to add it to your business offerings, offer it to family and friends and be part of a larger community of people who will SWAP or exchange the BARS.  How does it get any better?

What occurs during class?

This class is a one-day, hands-on class in which participants learn the Bars points and participate in gifting two Bars sessions and receiving two Bars sessions.
