Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy is the inhalation of plant oils, called essential oils, for improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Aromatherapy Massage, uses the beneficial effects of essential oils in combination with massage techniques to accentuate a relaxing and healing experience.

  1. Raindrop Technique with Young Living Essential Oils:

This is a powerful tool for assisting the body in correcting defects in the curvature of the spine.  It originates from Dr. Gary Young's research  working with a Lakota medicine man named Wallace Black Elk.  It integrates Vita Flex (a special kind of hand and foot massage exceptional with the use of essential oils) and massage, utilizing the power of the essentials oils bringing the body into structural and                                     electrical alignment.

The Raindrop Technique uses:
  • antimicrobial essential oils designed to simultaneously reduce inflammation and kill the responsible viral agents;  (thyme, oregano, wintergreen, cypress, peppermint, basil, and marjoram)
  • the oil blends of Valor ( this is the most important of all oils here, as it works on the physical, electrical, and emotional), Aroma Siez (is a highly antispasmotic blend of essential oils that helps to relax sore, tense, or inflamed muscles.

The Technique

The oil are dispensed like littel drops of rain from a height of about 6 inches above the back and massaged along the back muscles of the centre line.  Although the entire process takes about 45min to complete, the oils will continue to work in the body for up to one week, with continued re-alignment taking place.

The Raindrop Technique is one tool to help restore balance in the body along side a well rounded program of exercise, proper diet, good sleep, self-expressive activities, calm thoughts and meditative time.
